Advanced Classes focus on implementing full contact self defense including use of weapons.
Our ladies have the opportunity to train co-Ed or as a group.
The kids learn the same skills as the adults with a focus on life skills and anti bullying.

Self Defense Curriculum
Parents are continually looking for an activity that is more than just great exercise but will also teach their children the skills they will use throughout their lives. Through the years, how children learn and what motivates them has changed. It is for this reason that we have taken the time to update this very important program to meet these needs while building upon the solid foundation of what is a core program.
Combatives are a philosophy, a set of principles and a tool-kit of techniques. It was defined and refined through three decades of application in combat and in the ring: from learning to survive the fight in your house and place of work to dealing with hostile threats downrange. The virtue of a warrior is a willingness to close with and destroy the enemy. We teach to walk in peace and fight fear.
